I bought a 2022 dodge charger here a couple months ago. The whole process was absolutely painless, and I have had no issues with the car. The saleswoman was very personable and helpful, and the whole deal was complete within an afternoon. This was the easiest car buying experience I have had. I did read some reviews before I went and the main complaint I saw was hidden fees, but from my experience the fees & other charges are in line with what you can expect anywhere else, they are just not included as part of the car price online as they may be at some other dealers. The only complaint I can think of is that it is can be to park there.

Edgar Cabrera was extremely helpful as a car salesman. It’s understood by many that salesmen/women get a bad rep due to sales pressure and unethical practices. Edgar was not one of those salesmen. He was understandable, empathetic to my plan and was straight forward with the things he can and couldn’t do. It was his finance manager that I had an issue with, he literally laughed in my face during negotiations which I had to check immediately. I’ve just purchased a car from City Motor Group and I must say it was the most pleasant experience in my entire car purchasing life. First, The entire team (Ziad, Ammar & Tom) are the most professional, courteous & patient people I’ve ever had the pleasure to do business with. There was transparency at every level. There was never a single moment where I felt bullied or even slightly pressured to buy the car. Ziad was a true gem. Patiently answered dozens of my questions. Second, they all took the necessary time to explain every step of the process to me. I am not the most knowledgeable when it comes to car specifications, so this was really important to me. I highly recommend purchasing Your next vehicle from this dealership, the dealership fees were completely reasonable, and there was full transparency about their fees on the CarGurus site. Ive read a lot of reviews about dealerships pulling a bait and switch by adding exorbitantly high dealer fees. I did not experience that in this case. Listen, I’ve been to 6 dealerships, all which played games last minute with numbers. This is the only dealership who shot me straight from the start. There’s ALWAYS some type of dealership fee and documentation fee. Some other dealers will hit you with a 2-3k fee for some nonsense they don’t tell you over the phone and pull it out last minute. This dealership gave me the best rate through their credit union vs 4 other dealerships who all wanted to play games. Ziop was my salesman and was extremely professional, polite, respectful and quick with the paperwork. Highly recommend this dealership.

Had a great experience buying my car from start to finish. The price was accurately represented in the description including the fees necessary for title and registration, etc. What I was quoted is what I paid. My wife Tracey was searching for a perfect white Tiguan and found one in great condition at City Motors Group. Ethan our sales guy was very nice and very knowledgeable. The sales price was a little below market value and then there’s an additional dealer fee of $1995 which we were already aware of in the on-line ad. We were expecting that there would be some room for negotiating but this dealership would not budge on price or their fee. Also disappointed that they only filled the gas tank to half after we pointed out that it almost empty. In the end my wife is very happy with her new car. It’s exactly what she was looking for. If you are looking for a nice high end car, they have plenty of them here.

We bought a transit connect from city motor group for one of our Sales Estimators for our roofing company. I found a car on cars.com and reached out to the dealership to get some more information. Lorenzo answered and gave me very straightforward answers without beating around the bush. Due to my tight scheduling, I was unable to test drive the car in person. Lerenzo and his team set up a virtual tour for me. I had called in the morning and let him know I was interested and by the time I arrived he had it washed & waiting. He was super efficient as I had to bring my toddler with me and the whole process was less than 2 hours and they even helped keep him busy with snacks. Ahmed and the team didn’t skip a beat. Upon walking in, you are immediately greeted like you're family. Behind honest, this isn't a typical greeting when entering a car dealership. The lot was arranged with many beautifully detailed cars, and the presentation alone told you that you in a good place. The atmosphere was friendly, the staff was very light-hearted, and you never once felt pressured to buy a vehicle. David, my salesman, was truly a gentleman, tirelessly working hard to get me approved for the vehicle I wanted to buy. His actions were that of one who you know wanted the best for you, and it showed. Ahmed was both professional and easy to joke around with in casual conversation, and Alexandra was a pleasure to meet as well. Awesome experience! They had detailed pictures of the car on their website. When I came in to see it in person it looked way better! The same day I got the car. Paperwork took less than an hour to fill. It was an easy transition from my old to new my car. The customer service was awesome they took care of my requests. Once I got there it was parked out front and ready for a test drive.. Was very pleased with that. So I just wanted to share my positive experience with this dealer to the public, I called about a 2015 Acura TLX that was on there website and they told me it was there and available. Once I got there it was parked out front and ready for a test drive.. Was very pleased with that. We then began to discuss financing at which I was very pleased with the rate and certification program that they offered. I'm writing this review because of some bad experienced I've had with car dealers. This place is def 5 Star worthy. Ask for Jonathan / Alex or Ahmed they were extremely helpful through out the whole process. If you're in the market def give these guys the opportunity!!!

After my old vehicle was totaled by another driver, while parked, I found the best replacement choice at City Motor Group. The team gave me a fair deal, and I was in-and-out in a relatively short period of time. They also allowed me to park my other car on premises while I made arrangements to have someone pick it up. I will consider their inventory again in future when buying my next car.

Went there to check out a bmw 335 and was very pleased with everything. They weren’t hounding me and allowed me and my wife to check the car out on our own. After the test drive am we sat down and it was a smooth transaction between the seller and the finance manager. Both very polite and professional, I would definitely buy another car from them.

My wife and I recently got our first car from City Motor Group and the entire process was effortless. Ahmed helped answer all of my questions and helped me get into the car I wanted when I wanted. I didn’t feel pressured to buy and even when I was hesitant due to reviews Ahmed helped reassure me and I can’t thank him enough. 2018 Honda Accord Sport with 14k miles and I am as happy as can be. Would definitely recommend! Ask for Ahmed!

AMAZING!!! The most professional and efficient staff I have ever worked with! I emailed City Motor in regards to a Mitsubishi I saw for sale. Ahmed called me and we set up an appointment later that day. He text me the address. He followed up as the time was coming near. I arrived and he pulled the car right up to the front. The car was just as pictured. Amazing price.. no scams no switch no surprises. Alexandra did all the paperwork and we drove off with a great car with an amazing price!! Thank you so much!! My kids love the car..

HIGLY RECOMMENDED!!! After weeks of searching for a Honda CRV , I found it at City Motor Group . I flew in from Michigan and they picked me up from Newark airport. Everyone was very accommodating and very professional . I drove the car back to Michigan and is in mint condition exactly as described on their website and discussed over the phone. They helped me with the financing paperwork despite my low credit score. Thank you everyone at City Motor Group.

Great Friendly staff they answered all my questions... Happy with my Ford van I love it.... would of given 5 stars if when I picked up my van it was cleaned out n not had an empty cigarette pack's it n smelled like smoke but other than that good experience would recommend...

Alex who was my saleswomen that assisted my wife and I did a great job on getting us an SUV we loved and put up with us during the process. Ahmed made sure we got a vehicle that fit our needs and we couldn't be more happier with our purchase. Alexander in the finance department did a great job meeting our budget and couldn't be more happier with his assistance on this as well. The process was quick and easy and as a team, they got us a vehicle that my family and I really love, and that's what counts. I HIGHLY recomend them!!

Worked with the salesman Eddy. Great guy, listened to my concerns, and didnt beat around the bush. The 2011 Bmw 5 series I purchased was in great decision and listed at a fair price. Got a good finance rate from Alexandra the finance manager. Honestly, the deal was short, sweet, and fair. I would purchase here again.
